Join us for a one-hour webinar with Samantha DePalo, M.Ed., on executive functioning, we will explore the importance of executive function skills and how to develop and support these skills in daily life. Executive functioning refers to a set of cognitive abilities responsible for planning, organizing, initiating, monitoring, and regulating behavior. These skills are critical for success in school, work, and everyday activities. Individuals who struggle with executive function skills may find it challenging to complete tasks, follow instructions, manage time effectively, and regulate their emotions and behaviors.

During this session, we will discuss the significance of executive functioning skills and how they can impact daily life. We will explore how to identify strengths and weaknesses in executive function and provide strategies to support and develop these skills. The session will cover practical approaches to creating structure, such as using visual schedules, providing clear instructions, and incorporating movement breaks. Additionally, we will share tips for developing executive function skills through a coaching model.
