Just Words® is a multisensory literacy program providing direct and explicit teaching of “how English works” for both decoding and spelling automaticity. It serves as a Tier 2 intervention for students in grades 4-12 and adults with mild to moderate gaps in their decoding and spelling proficiency but do not require an intensive intervention. Aligned with scientific reading research and Orton-Gillingham principles. the curriculum offers a sophisticated study of word structure through the six syllable types in English and the most common Latin roots. Just Words is an appropriate intervention in daily small-group or small-class instruction.

This workshop is four instructional hours, 9am-2pm MT, on December 10th, and costs $289.
